As a licensed property manager and co-owner of Next Generation Property Management, Jeremy Gourley has ten years of experience in the industry and an additional 20 years in construction, property maintenance and repair.

Kacy Gourley, administrator, has spent much of her life around all aspects of construction property maintenance, repair and more thanks to being the daughter of a passionate and driven general contractor. She also has an additional ten years of experience in banking and customer service.

Co-owner Corkey Gourley has spent the better part of the last four decades managing his own properties and the residential and commercial properties of others. His philosophy on property management is simple: he wants to manage in the most effective way possible and create the type of return on investment he himself would like to see, every time.
